Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

 Islamicnikah.in offers registration, profile search, and messaging features for free. However, upgrading to a paid membership for premium features is optional. Upon successful upgrade, premium features are enabled. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you decide to terminate your membership before its expiry or unused period, no refund of any unused subscription fees will be provided.

Your Islamicnikah.in membership is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your membership or transfer your account. Violation of our terms of service, privacy policy, or misuse of services may result in the removal of your profile without a refund.

If Islamicnikah.in terminates your membership due to a breach of this agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.

No Agency:

Islamicnikah.in facilitates communication among members but does not provide direct contact details. We do not act as agents for any member. Any disputes between members are not the responsibility of Islamicnikah.in.

Payment Gateways:

We use third-party payment gateway services for processing payments related to paid memberships.

Right to Form Consortium/Associates:

Islamicnikah.in may outsource services to competent persons or organizations. However, your membership rights and responsibilities remain with Islamicnikah.in.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold Islamicnikah.in harmless from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this agreement.

Confidentiality:

We maintain the confidentiality of personal information provided by members, except as required by law.

Termination of Membership:

Either party may terminate the membership by written notice. Islamicnikah.in reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of terms without refund. Members can terminate their profile by visiting the settings page.

Applicable Law:

Membership is governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to Chennai courts' jurisdiction.

Disagreement:

By using our services, you agree to these terms. We may update them, so please review periodically. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
